Had a great time here! The breakfast rocked, especially those omelets and waffles. Comfy room with a cozy vibe made it easy to relax. Just wished the refrigerator worked better for my cold snacks! Overall, a win despite the little hiccup.

The staff were genuinely friendly, always greeting me with smiles, making the visit enjoyable. The outdoor sitting area provided a lovely peaceful retreat after a busy day.

Unfortunately, the pool area felt neglected, with quite a bit of dirt on the tiles. It would benefit from an upgrade to match the overall hotel standards.

The king room was spacious, featuring a flat-screen TV and a refrigerator, which were great for keeping our drinks cool during our stay. The hotel also had an inviting outdoor area with a fire pit and a neat little putting green, perfect for relaxation. The staff, when present, were friendly and helpful, making the overall experience enjoyable.

The lack of a microwave in the room is a big oversight!!! The elevators are poorly marked, leaving guests wandering!!! It's frustrating trying to find a convenience store and getting no answer when calling the front desk!!!

Ask for a room on the first floor if the elevator isn’t working, as you'll avoid any inconvenience.

I had a delightful stay at Courtyard Fort Worth West At Cityview. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, with the most comfortable bed and pillows I've experienced in a while. The staff was friendly, especially Mr Lyons, who always greeted me with a smile.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was super spacious and cozy! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were a dream. I had the best sleep here. The room also had a fridge, which was handy for our drinks. Only downside was the weird breakfast situation and the pool being closed. Otherwise, a great stay!

my stay at courtyard was a great surprise during our honeymoon trip. the spacious room exceeded my expectations, especially with the cozy fire pit and lounge area. it was also nice to have an inviting putting green nearby for some fun!
